Travel information
Arrival by plane/train:
- From the airport, take the S-Bahn (urban rail) line S8 towards Pasing or the S1 towards Kreuzstra?, and get out at the stop ?Hauptbahnhof? (main station)
- From the main station, follow the signposts to ?Ausgang Bayerstra??
- From there, walk to the right as far as the junction, and cross Bayerstra? (on the corner you will see the ?HypoVereinsbank?)
- Continue straight ahead into Schillerstra?
- After 100 m you will find the hotel on the right-hand side.
Arrival be car:
- Drive towards ?Zentrum/Hauptbahnhof? (centre/main station)
- Multi-storey car parks can be found in the immediate vicinity (fee required).
Via the A8 from Salzburg:
- At the motorway?s end, M?en Ramersdorf, drive straight ahead down Rosenheimer Stra?, towards the city centre
- Cross Ludwigsbr? bridge over the river Isar and on into Zweibr?nstra? until you reach Isartorplatz
- At Isartor, turn left into Frauenstra? (past the Viktualienmarkt)
- Drive through Blumenstra? and Sendlinger Torplatz and into Sonnenstra?
- At Karlsplatz (Stachus) turn left into Bayerstra?
- At the junction Goethestr./Bayerstr. turn towards Stachus
- Turn right into the second street on your right (Schillerstra?).
Via the A8 from Augsburg/Stuttgart:
- At the motorway?s end continue towards the city centre (Verdistra?, Amalienburgstra?, Menzinger Stra?, Notburgastra?)
- At Romanplatz take a half-turn to your left into Arnulfstra?
- Continue straight ahead until you reach the north side of the main railway station
- Then turn right to Bahnhofplatz and continue along Schillerstra?.
Via the A9 from Nuremberg:
- At the motorway?s end ?M?en-Schwabing? turn right into Schenkendorfstra?
- Then turn left into Leopoldstra? and continue to its end, by Feldherrnhalle
- Turn right into Briennerstra?
- Drive to the next large junction, where you should turn left into Sonnenstra? and continue to Karlsplatz
- There, turn right into Bayerstra?, and once you reach the junction Goethestr./Bayerstr. turn towards Stachus. Turn into the second street on your right (Schillerstra?).
Via the A95 from Garmisch-Partenkirchen & A96 from Lindau:
- At the motorway?s end, turn left into Garmischer Stra? (middle ring)
- Continue straight ahead and after approx. 1 km in the underpass, turn right into Landsberger Stra? towards the Stadtmitte (city centre)
- Landsberger Stra? opens out into Schwanthaler- and Hermann-Lingg-Stra?, and then into Bayerstra?
- Continue straight ahead until you reach a junction at the end of Bayerstra?
- Turn right into Schillerstra?.
