Cancellations and alterations may be made free of charge until 48 hours before your scheduled arrival date. In case of later cancellation or no-show the hotel will charge 80% of the total booking sum to your credit card.
In case of early departure or late arrival the hotel will charge 80% of the room rate for the dates which were booked but not taken.
During the BAUMA trade show (22nd ? 29th April 2007) cancellation is not possible free of charge. The total cost of the booking will be charged to your credit card as soon as your reservation has been processed.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Quick description
Our apartments were completely renovated 2 years ago and feature Venetian-style furnishings. They are approximately 35m² in size and are very peaceful despite their prime location close to the university in Munich?s Schwabing district.
Thanks to ideal public transport links (underground lines 3 and 6, tram line 27, and bus number 53) it is possible to reach Marienplatz and the main railway station in just a few minutes, and the new exhibition grounds are just a 20-minute journey away via the U2 underground line.

Please note that the key for your apartment needs to be picked up from the reception desk at the Hotel Modern, Schillerstrasse 16. A shuttle service will then take you to the apartment building at no extra charge (journey time is approximately 8 minutes).
The apartment building does not have its own reception, but the reception at the Hotel Modern is available at all times should you have any questions or queries.
